A 30-room boutique in Cape Panwa. Two saltwater pools, a garden, and a ten minute walk to Ao Yon Beach.
Check availability Why Panwa, why usMost of Phuket is built for crowds. Cape Panwa is not.
Our street has a mosque, two family shops, a cluster of cats, and not much else. Ao Yon Beach is a ten minute walk downhill. Phuket Town is a fifteen minute drive. The airport is forty-five minutes.
You came here to slow down. We built the hotel to match.
Both are saltwater. Both sit inside a garden that gets watered every day, which is why the plants look the way they do.
Open from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. Sun loungers, shade, and not much else. No kids pool, no pool bar, no music.
Swim in the morning. Read in the afternoon. The day is yours.
Smallest is 20 sqm. Largest is 50. All have air conditioning, a rain shower, fast WiFi, a fridge, and daily housekeeping. Pick by view, size, and how close you want to be to the pool.
On the ground floor, steps from the pool. Two of these rooms walk straight out. Guests keep asking for them on return stays.
On the second floor, with a view of the garden and a glimpse of Panwa Bay. The quietest side of the property.
25 sqm with a private balcony looking into the garden. Bring a book. Morning coffee is on us.
The largest rooms on the property, with room for three or four. Bring the kids, bring a friend, bring both.
Our most affordable room. 20 sqm, air conditioning, rain shower, fast WiFi. No view, no balcony, no fuss.

Check availabilityWe are on the east coast of Phuket, a long way from Patong. Everything takes a few more minutes to reach. That is part of the product.
Ao Yon is downhill on the way there and uphill on the way back. A scooter rental through reception solves that nicely.
Bolt and Grab both work here. A ride to Phuket Town runs under THB 200. Private airport transfer is THB 1,000 per vehicle on request.
Real reviews from real stays. Nothing rewritten.
I would highly recommend staying here to anyone who doesn't want the hustle and bustle of Phuket's nightlife and overcrowded beaches.
Room and bed huge. Bed comfortable and pillow lovely. Towels changed daily. WiFi excellent.
All of the staff were friendly and very eager to help, supplying us with water and coffee, as well as even cutting up some dragon fruit especially for us.
Ao Yon Beach is a ten minute walk, downhill on the way there and uphill on the way back. It is a quiet local beach, not a busy tourist strip. If the walk back sounds like work in the heat, reception rents scooters, and Bolt or Grab will pick you up in a few minutes.
The airport is about forty-five minutes by car. Bolt and Grab both work here. If you would rather have a car waiting, we arrange a private transfer for THB 1,000 per vehicle. Just ask when you book.
A simple breakfast is served each morning. It is honest and fresh rather than a large buffet. For more choice, Phuket Town is a fifteen minute drive with plenty of local food.
Yes, free parking on site. If you rent a scooter or a car to explore the island, you have somewhere to leave it.
It can. Our Family Rooms are the largest on the property at fifty square metres, with space for three or four. The two saltwater pools are calm rather than a water park, so the resort suits families who want quiet over crowds. There is no dedicated kids pool.
Check-in is from 2pm and check-out is by 12pm. Arriving early or leaving late? Message us ahead and we will do our best to help, subject to availability.
That is exactly who the resort is for. The street has a mosque, two family shops, a cluster of cats, and not much else. Guests who want Phuket nightlife and a beachfront strip will be happier elsewhere. Guests who want to wake up slow tend to come back.
Book on this site and you pay our lowest available rate. No booking fees, no hidden charges, nothing added at check-in.
